Things I've learned so far this week
In no particular order:
- Fancy hotels, even at conference rates, come with fancy price tags.
- It costs A LOT of money to fly these days.
- Students who demand appointments somehow are always too busy to actually make the appointment.
- Jury summons come at the most inopportune times, no matter who you are.
- Gift-givers are a stubborn lot.
- Super Mario Galaxy is indeed, as my friend Ben said, pure awesome.
